With over 20 years of living in the Osa Peninsula, we offer off-the grid living in a way that is both culturally conscious and environmentally sustainable. We build our own tables and furniture with locally harvested sustainable wood, we grow our own rice, and landscape in harmony with nature. We have planted thousands of native trees and shrubs for the pollinators and biodiversity. Our energy is entirely solar-powered and we are deeply committed to supporting and developing conservation initiatives.

We are known for our artisanal culinary experience, and take pride in the love, care and thoughtful intention behind our food. All of our ingredients are organic, locally-sourced, with a farm-to-table flare and mostly come from our sister ranch, Punta Tigre. We age our own beef, grow our own rice, bake our own bread, make our own ice cream, the list goes on. We are adamant about fostering local talent and continuously partner with top emerging chefs in the country.
